FCCLA students active at state competition

Students from Greenville High School’s Family Career and Community Leaders chapter competed at the recent state FCCLA competition in Galveston.

FCCLA students competed in events which reflected their knowledge learned in Family and Consumer Science Classes.  One of two teams from GHS placed at the state level, competing against 30 other schools from Texas.

Jazmine Capetillo competed in Career Investigations, while Natalie Woodson and Joel Snipes placed third in Focus On Children with their presentation on "Open A Book, Open A Mind.”

Faculty sponsors were Julie Miller and Kimberly Prince.
