Greenville ISD psychologist earns state award

Lisa Daniel, a Licensed School Psychologist in the Greenville school district, recently earned honors from a professional association of school psychologists.

Daniel was recently presented with the Outstanding School Psychologist Specialist Level award by the Texas Association of School Psychologists (TASP) at its annual meeting.  She received the award for providing outstanding school psychological services to students, parents and guardians.

In earning the award, Daniel was lauded for a service delivery model that exhibited her care for “children, their families, and their functioning.”  She also earned praise for her time, dedication and practice of going well above expected standards.

The Texas Association of School Psychologists (TASP) is a state affiliate of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). TASP was formed in 1993, becoming the 49th state to have a separate organization for school psychologists.
