Greenville ISD celebrated this year's retirees at a reception May 9. Superintendent Dr. Demetrus Liggins, board members, district leaders, principals, coworkers, family and friends thanked these fine GISD employees for their service and dedication to all the students they inspired during their years here.

"You have made a difference in the lives of Greenville's children, and we wish you all the best in the next chapter of your life," Dr. Liggins said.
