JROTC students spent quality time with Micah Carter, Cadet Major at St. Mary's University. He is studying Criminal Justice, and when he completes his degree in June, he will be commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant, an infantry office. The students were given private time with Carter to ask questions about college life and ROTC.
