Leaving employees are encouraged to provide information of their experience(s) with the District by completing the Greenville ISD Exit Survey.
The updated GISD Travel Form is to be used by Greenville ISD staff when requesting travel reimbursements. Once complete, the form will need to be submitted to your Principal/Supervisor.
GREENVILLE ISD Conflict of Interest Form
The updated GISD Conflict of Interest Form is to be used by Greenville ISD staff to disclose nonschool employment. Once complete, the form will need to be submitted to your Principal/Supervisor.
GREENVILLE ISD RESIGNATION/RETIREMENT FORM
All employees leaving the district will need to submit the Greenville ISD Resignation/Retirement form to the HR Department. This form requires Principal/Supervisor approval. Contract employees will need the Superintendent's approval as well.
