Summer Workouts are from 8:30am - 10:00am or 5:30pm - 7:00pm Monday - Thursday. Workouts are not mandatory but highly encouraged.
For the month of June there will be sport specific skill days that students are able to attend in addition to the workout. The skill times will last about an hour.
Mondays - Softball Skills 10:00am / Boys Basketball Open Gym 7:00pm
Tuesdays - Girls Soccer and Volleyball 10:00am (MS Volleyball 7:00pm)
Wednesdays - Girls Basketball Open Gym 7:00pm
Thursdays - Boys Soccer 10:00am
