The Greenville Independent School District Board of Trustees voted to call a bond election to be held May 10, 2014.
The election, totaling $72.275 million, includes the construction of a new Bowie Elementary School, as well as renovations to existing facilities, updates to campus security and technology district-wide, and new space for Career and Technical programs.
You must be registered to vote in order to be eligible to vote in this election. If you are not yet registered, you must do so by April 10. Please contact the GISD Administration Office for a voter registration card at 903.457.2521.
Early voting for this election is April 28 – May 6 and election day will occur on Saturday, May 10, 2014, where you will have the opportunity to vote from 7 am to 7 pm. See the Voting Information page on www.GreenvilleISDBond.com for more details on time and locations of voting.
