Come celebrate with our own talented Jackee’ Henry, who will be releasing her gospel single “The Battle is Not Yours!”

“As a child I have always wanted to sing and tour the world,” said Henry, who is an instructional aide at Greenville Middle School. “I believe my time has arrived. I am very excited to know this summer my CD will be completed. ”

“After the death of my father in 1999, I began to write and produce my own music. I've been given  the opportunity to travel and see places I have never seen before. In March of  2017, I also experienced  the death of my mother, and I decided to continue to write and make my dream come true.”

Henry says her work with students at GMS has been “an inspiration to her, both as an educator and a musician. Working with those students is such a pleasure,” she said.
