March 2 is our first Forever A Lion Day, when Greenville High School students and parents can tour campus and learn about everything TAMUC has to offer. 

The University has generously supplied a shuttle for 32 GHS students and parents, and GISD will supply buses for others who want to ride together to The Mane Event, a showcase of all TAMUC has to offer.

Here are the details:

• What: The Mane Event / Forever A Lion Day
• When: 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, March 2
• Where: Texas A&M-Commerce
• What is the Mane Event? Texas A&M-Commerce will showcase various areas of the University ranging from academics to campus activities. You will have an opportunity to speak with representatives from Undergraduate Admissions, Residential Living and Learning, Financial Aid & Scholarships, Veterans & Military Services, Hispanic Outreach & Retention, and a multitude of student organizations. Faculty members have also prepared interactive sessions that will provide a glimpse into the 140+ degree programs and majors that are offered.

The Mane Event / Forever A Lion Day is part of an exclusive partnership between GISD and Texas A&M-Commerce that assures GISD graduates admission to the Unversity. READ MORE
