Our Special Olympics athletes had a great time competing today in Sunnyvale!

A news crew from WFAA Channel 8 covered the event, and they may feature some of our students in their report. The story is tentatively scheduled to air at 10 p.m. this evening, depending on WFAA’s final line-up.

The basketball events include competitions in passing, shooting, and dribbling. What makes these athletes fabulous? Not only do our students show success in academics; they demonstrate excellence in athletic skills that allow them to shine even brighter.
