Early education and socialization is important to getting your child the right start in life. We have wonderful, caring teachers who make Pre-K lots of fun! They work with our students to learn to read, write, play, draw, sing, and learn why character counts.
What: Pre-K and Head Start Roundup (ages 3 & 4 as of Sept. 1, 2021)
When: 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Thursday, April 15
Where: Wesley Martin Administration Building, 4004 Moulton St.
Details: Save your child’s spot for Pre-K now without ever getting out of your car! Just bring the documents listed below:

Proof of Income (for free Pre-K)
If your child is already enrolled in the Pre-K program at L.P. Waters Early Childhood Educational Center, you do not need to attend roundup. Your child will advance to the 4-year-olds' program automatically. If your child is already enrolled in the 4-year-olds’ program, they will advance to kindergarten and you’ll only need to update your child’s information during GISD’s annual online registration in July.
