GMS orientation dates are:

          8^th Grade - Wednesday, August 15^th – 1:00-5:00 p.m.

          7^th Grade – Friday, August 17^th – 1:00-5:00 p.m.

Students may pick up their schedules and books, as well as find their lockers and classrooms.  A parent or guardian is required to attend orientation with their student.  Important paperwork, including a new emergency card, must be filled out at this time.  Mr. Gish will be speaking to parents at 1:00 p.m. concerning the GISD Drug Testing Policy.

Students donating 3 slightly worn standardized dress items to the GMS clothes closet will receive a FREE “100 Pass” to be used in the class of their choice during the 1^st six weeks.
