Trudy Hardy has been named Special Programs Administrator (Special Education) for Greenville ISD.

Ms. Hardy has been in Greenville ISD since 2018 as the Coordinator of Special Education. Before coming to Greenville, Ms. Hardy served as an educational diagnostician, a special education teacher and general education teacher.

She has a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from West Texas A&M University, a master’s degree in special education from Sul Ross State University and her principal certification classes from Midwestern State University.

Since her childhood, Ms. Hardy has lived in Texas, growing up on the same farm that her father grew up on in the Texas Panhandle. She has a son who teaches in Fort Worth ISD, and her daughter is a college student.
