L3 Harris hires GHS student

L3 Harris Job

Continuing the partnership from classroom to L3 Harris, Greenville High School senior Isabella Rosales has accepted an offer for an Assembler-Electrical-Electronics-Trainee, after interviewing at the L3 Harris Job Fair held for area High School students on Thursday, May 4.

Isabella graduates from Greenville High School this Friday, following her graduation from Paris Junior College with an Associate’s Degree in Engineering earlier this month.

“This is an amazing opportunity!" said GISD Early College High School Chancellor Rebekah Russler. "I am so grateful we have industry partners like L3 that are invested in our students and want to continue their growth after graduation.”

L3 Harris Greenville has taken a remarkable step towards fostering talent and investing in the future of our community. Recognizing the untapped potential of high school students, this is the second year GISD graduates have received job offers from Greenville’s largest employer.

“I prayed for this moment. It’s such a blessing to be part of the L3 Harris company." shared Isabella Rosales. "I wouldn’t be where I am today without my mother. She pushed me to do my best, and I only strive to be just like her.”

Isabella will start her position at L3 Harris in mid-July. Join us in congratulating her on this incredible achievement!

We are #GISDProud of you!
