Students in Mrs. Douglas's classes stay busy in class day after day with hands-on learning. Projects this month include:
Students in Food Science are learning about how ingredients interact. Understanding interactions among food ingredients is critical to optimizing their performance and achieving optimal quality in food products.
Because of the Christmas season, the student completed the project by making icing and decorating the cookies.
Students in Child Development have been learning about toys for children that can be created in the home.
Students made play dough, using one of 6 different recipes, studying the texture.
