Dr. Antonio Barksdale is a 2001 graduate of Greenville High School. Dr. Barksdale, a highly respected family physician, said his years at GHS set the foundation for his success in college and medical school. He sees tremendous opportunities being offered to students in the healthcare diagnostics pathway at GHS. He currently practices with Health Solutions Family Medicine.

Dr. Barksdale received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston after earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, Texas Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association and Christian Medical and Dental Association.
