Greenville High School 2022 grad Gabby Enriquez is a hair assistant at Swanson Hair Studio & Academy, where she specializes in modern hair color.

Gabby earned her cosmetology certification at Greenville High School, where she was among the first group of graduates to complete the program.

Salon Owner Alisha Swanson says Gabby has a bright future ahead of her.

"She has a tremendous amount of talent and work ethic, and it's a joy having her here at the salon," Alisha said. "She is learning about the latest techniques and technology. For example, we have an LG CHI Color Master machine that allows us to fine tune the color to exactly what we're wanting. It's great for us, and it's great for our clients."

Gabby says the study of color theory fascinates her.

"I've been learning new techniques for canceling different colors and making different colors," Gabby said. "People are trying more adventurous colors like pink and blue. I like meeting our clients and getting to know them and what they want to do with their hair."
