You're invited to the Greenville ISD Veterans Day Program!

• WHEN: 10 a.m. Monday, November 11
• WHERE: Greenville High School Gymnasium

This year, we have a very special keynote speaker, former Green Beret Allen Clark, who graduated from West Point and is the author of four books. Clark served as an Army officer assigned to Special Forces in clandestine intelligence operations in the Vietnam War. He suffered the lost both of his legs. Here is an excerpt from his facebook page:

"Clark writes of his own healing from his Post-Traumatic Stress and his years of anti-depressants and psychiatric care. He was released and delivered by his Lord from the emotional ravages and insecurities of his physical and emotional wounds. He has mentored many war veterans and writes a chapter related to healing from war-time stressors. Healing from the emotional issues of his own wounds, he grew in spiritual depth and faith."

Following the program, a catered lunch will be served to all Veterans & their families in the GHS Library.
