On June 22, 2022, Greenville ISD held a public visioning meeting to gather design ideas for a potential new middle school and L.P. Waters Pre-K Center. Those in attendance were able to look at elements that could be used in future designs and participants collaborated in making a mock site layout for each building.

Citizens Advisory CommitteeDuring the formulation of the earlier bond proposal, a Citizens Advisory Committee composed of 47 community and staff members from across the district, met to analyze current district facilities, as well as enrollment and demographic trends.
